Thus audiences who are into gothic films or music videos such as....... will find the setting and editing familiar. (or you keep this for question 3) 2) You link stereotypes to objects. Stereotypes are people not objects. Thus instead use the term "connotations". 3) You could add you used the conventions of the gothic genre, ....(include an example).
An intelligent, splendidly organised response with consistently appropriate references to real texts. You need perhaps at the end explain why you have referenced a number of heavy metal bands.
